Each month, T-3 Health and Fitness shall recognize some of our student-athletes for their academic and athletic accomplishments.

Congratulations to 2 of our young personal training clients, Mercy Leon and Laura Saladrigas!

Mercy was the starting outfielder and second baseman for Flanagan Senior High School and has made 6A-5A All-Broward First Team. Mercy, a graduating senior, hit .589 and is recognized as one of the top fielders in the state. Mercy continues to train at T-3 to hone her skills and is now attending Florida Gulf Coast University where she will complete her studies and is a member of the FGCU Softball Team! 

Laura Saladdrigas was the number 1 starting pitcher for Archbishop McCarthy High School’s softball team and led the team with an impressive 11-2 record, recording 49 strikeouts and an ERA of only 0.521. Laura is now a student at Nova Southeastern University on a scholarship, where she intends to complete her studies and isa member of the NSU softball team.
