One On One Personal Training
Personal Training can offer a variety of benefits to help you reach your personal exercise, fitness and lifestyle goals in the fastest safest way. At T-3 Health and Fitness, we will develop a customized fitness program specifically for you. We know you may be new to exercise, a little nervous and think you can’t do it. You can do it! At our private facility, we will tailor your program based on your specific goals, physical condition and limitations. With the help of your own personal coach, you can be in the best shape of your life in a matter of months.
One on one personal training is ideal for beginners, those with individual needs, sports specific training, injury rehabilitation or for gaining that competitive edge. If you demand the best possible instruction to peak performance, personal training at T-3 is the most direct path to accomplishing your goals.
Group Training
Group training is a fun and social way to get fit. These sessions are loaded with endless, energetic, high intensity and innovative activities where the emphasis is on variety and results. Clients have a choice of the following classes: “1000” High Intensity Program, “Build and Burn Program,” Boxing and Kick Boxing Program, or Traditional Training. With any one of our specialized group training programs, the end results are positive results!
Sport Specific Training
T-3’s Sport Specific Training Program is multi-faceted sports training program developed to increase Power, Agility, Core strength, and Endurance – four factors for determining great athleticism. In our training program, the athlete will learn proper form in all lifting and training maneuvers and how to utilize preventative rehabilitation,. They will also increase their flexibility and learn how to employ the proper visualization techniques to help separate themselves from the rest of the playing field and perform at a higher level than ever before.
Don’t be mistaken about this training program.–THIS IS NOT A BASIC WORKOUT. Prior to admission, each athlete is individually assessed and will receive a custom-designed program to improve his or her specific strengths and weaknesses. Then, we often incorporate the individual program into a group setting, where individuals with similar strengths and weaknesses will train with you. For example, if two athletes lack the quickness and speed of their counterparts, those two will be grouped together to work on increasing their quickness and speed using unique drills and training philosophies to the rest of the group.
What does each T-3 component include?
Power training consists of building explosive strength through Olympic style power lifts including, but not limited to, power cleans, hang cleans, snatches, dead lifts, push presses, squats, and bench press. We will also teach each athlete the proper form and they will have constant supervision. We will pace their progression carefully.
Agility training will consist of plyometric training, sport specific drills, footwork drills, and timed agility drills. Each athlete will work through a specific progression and build up to more advanced agility techniques and plyometrics to enhance speed, reaction time, and first step explosion, along with helping prevent injuries.
Core training focuses on the development of trunk strength, balance, and coordination of muscular systems including, but not limited to, back musculature, abdominals, hip flexors, and the gluteal muscles. These 4 groups of muscles constitute the “core”. It is crucial for every athlete to build a strong core as it is the primary connection between the upper and lower body. By strengthening and balancing these areas, they will become much less prone to low back injuries, hernias, muscle pulls, and most importantly, major extremity injuries. Core training also focuses on balance and proprioception (the body’s non-visual awareness of where body parts are in space in relation to other body parts, the ground, and other athletes).
Endurance training focuses on the aerobic and anaerobic endurance. Aerobic endurance is the type of endurance a marathon runner would require. It improves the body’s ability to effectively increase oxygen consumption and utilization and to increase its ability to release CO2, which promotes greater recovery. By building anaerobic endurance, the athlete will be able to overcome their body’s natural default to use only enough energy for short bursts instead of relying on the consumption of oxygen to “recharge.” Increasing the strength of the anaerobic system allows each athlete to recover from short bursts much more quickly and be able to react immediately when another short burst of energy is needed. It is crucial to increase the capacity of the energy system needed by a particular sport, whether it is aerobic or anaerobic. At T-3, we will improve each athlete’s anaerobic and/or aerobic conditioning by combining sprints, hill running, treadmill running, resistance running, and modifying the “work-to-rest ratio.”
By combining these four major training components, we have created a solid program to create stronger, faster, more driven athletes that have a much greater chance or remaining injury free!
Kid’s Sessions
Statistics show that approximately 60% of American school children are overweight or obese. No child enjoys being overweight. So T-3 Health and Fitness has decided to play an important role in encouraging regular physical activity for children. Our programs run according to school terms all year round. T-3 sessions are designed to:
- Improve your child’s fitness in a supervised, fun environment
- Develop motor skills, balance and coordination
- Develop speed, power, strength and endurance
- Learn about health, fitness and nutrition
- Improve their sport specific performance
Senior Exercise Group
From 9 to 99, exercise is and should be a way of life, a life-style. Don’t place limitations on yourself due to your age. It’s only a number! You’re only as old as you feel and by participating in a Senior Exercise Group at T-3 Health and Fitness, you will feel like a kid again! And now drop and give yourself another fifty!

Dr. Matt Tracy is on site providing Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Dr. Tracy has over 20 years experience and is well known throughout the South Florida community. Acupuncture is a painless procedure that involves the inserting and anipulating filiform needles into various points on the body to relieve pain or for therapeutic purposes.
Corporate Wellness
Through our corporate wellness programs, we provide personal training, nutritional guidance, physical rehabilitation and stress management services.
