PERSONAL TRAINING: 1 HOUR OR 1/2 HOUR SESSIONS

Enjoy an exciting one or 1/2 hour personal training session with one of our certified
personal training professionals. There's no better way to achieve championship results
than through an intense, personalized training session.

GROUP FITNESS TRAINING: 2 TO 5 PERSON GROUPS

Group are motivating! Groups are great for a Husband and wife, co-workers, and friends! Get ready for the workout of a lifetime. Team support, group challenges, and group building. Group training will be limited to 4 persons.

MILITARY STYLE BOOT CAMP (Adults and Children)

Appropriate for individuals of any physical fitness level. Each Boot Camp is a 6 week military style exercise and fitness program which promotes cardiovascular strengthening, muscular strengthening, nutritional guidance, and weight loss basics in a group setting. Come out and meet new and old friends. We provide body composition testing at the beginning and end of each 6 week session.

SENIOR EXERCISE GROUP

From 9 to 99, exercise is and should be a way of life, a life-style. Don't place limitations on yourself due to your age. It's only a number! And now drop and give yourself another fifty!

PARKINSON'S EXERCISE AND BOXING PROGRAM

A very unique program for individuals living with Parkinson's and other neurological illnessess. This program combines our basic personal training program with a few surprises. "Blindfolds" and "Boxing". This program has been endorsed by the American Parkinson Disease Association of South Florida (APDA).

"700" WORKOUT

This is our trademarked workout, not for the weak of heart! A true test of your grit! A total body workouts using nothing but your own bodyweight. Four levels of intensity to burn over 700 calories in one hour!
